the program works without hiccups 99.9% of the time. The .01% of calls that experience a hiccup can be quickly mitigated via the aptly named "magic-fixer" button which serves as exactly that. The ability to "bluff" dial-out numbers is exceedingly useful as is the automatic "ring-local" call option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes I feel as though it doesn't always display inbound calls, especially when already interacting with a live call. my desk phone should be the device indicating the inbound, yes, though an indication of inbound while on a call would be an excellent addition.
