The ease of operation and setup. Their team was also willing to make changes to the system to accommodate our needs as a company. The auto dialer worked just as it was described simplistically and accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The power dialer doesn't work very well. It creates duplicate numbers. It would be nice if it didn't repeat numbers and included names for each number. Like if a single contact has multiple numbers, all numbers show alongside the contact name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ring.io?

The texting feature, the fact that it has a caller ID, and that they email you for every missed call, missed text, and for every voicemail. It makes it easy to keep up with and reach back out in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the simplicity and efficiency of their dialer system. It syncs well with the Pipedrive platform I love that I can work strictly from my computer system now. Their customer service is the best I have experienced in such a long time. It certainly makes it easier to trust a product and give it a real test drive.
