I like the accountability factor and how I was able to back track in situations where something did not get done and identify exactly where the ball dropped whether it was us in dispatch or emergency services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch? there were too many categories and sub categories I wish that aspect had been more streamlined. Recommendations to others considering RIMS Computer Aided Dispatch: rims never seemed to change theor basic construct so unless they work on condensing some of the options I would say its not quite worth what it costs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It streamlined things for the most part there was still manual things o had to do outside of rims but it did make things noticeably easier.
