Rillion provides an easy to use system for our invoices and expenses. Corrections are easy to make and the approvals flow is clearly delineated, making it easy to track where in the approvals chain an invoice is. I feel as the system can be used by so many different departments and it caters for so many functions I initially found it quite overwhelming with all the steps to take in order to reach the end goal but since having training I have found it benefits us massively as a business. The scanning module and the ability to implement workflows and accounting allocations already during the scanning process. So far, we are not utilizing the system's full potential, as we have not yet implemented purchase orders in Rillion. Customer service is good as we receive quick responses. We use Rillions software to approve supplier invoices in 40+ companies. It is easy to setup roles to span across multiple companies, and associating users to these roles. Approval flows are easy to use as well, and historic data is saved on user level so even if a role is manned by multiple or different users you can still track who approved what.
