Rillion has been instrumental for us when it comes to invoice handling/management over the past couple of years, especially since we have grown a lot in complexity over multiple countries and regions. The search functionality, chiefly the behaviour of asterisks, is confusing and something I can never quite get used to. I would personally rather a filter to use after seeing all requisitions, rather than being met with the search screen initially. The pause in loading between screens is also frustrating; there are possibly too many screens to navigate through where the functions that some screens facilitate could be implemented as drop-downs and / or menus on fewer screens. I can check a box to receive an email when my requisition is approved and also set up automatic receipting, which is helpful and saves me time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The design of the programme is over complicated and not at all intuitive for a user, many of the fields are cramped into small boxes (i.e comments and documents) and trying to fill them in leaves them barely visible on screen.

The search function is not intuitive, and searching for a vendor can be extremely time consuming if you're not sure which entity it sits under - this could be simplified. I'm sure that many of the technical features are helpful for those on the other side of the system, however for a basic user (creating vendors, raising and receipting requisitions only) I find it frustrating. Rillion is one of the best invoice systems on the market and give great flexibility to adapt it to how your company works to make your handling of invoices efficient, secure and precise. Changing automatic reference matching and adding/removing roles/users/references can sometimes be tricky since you need to do it in a specific order. It would have been helpful if the system could help you more along the way to make it more userfriendly and faster to make organizational changes. I think Rillion is quite easy to use, both as an administrator and as an end user.

I administrate about 550 users and 400 companies on a daily basis as a member of Accounts Payable.

Our team handle about 22 000 invoices per month and give support to end users.

We use the products Invoice and Buyer in integration with 3L/Vitec.

Rillion is a great AP solution for managing multiple companies efficiently. Search function has many parameters and it is easy to export reports and PDF-invoices. It is also simple to track which role the invoices are currently with, as well as when and by whom they were signed at the user level. The level of support varies depending on the ticket; sometimes it is great and fast, while other times it is less helpful and lacks engagement. As a super user managing multiple companies, I am lacking the ability to bulk update certain records (e.g. adding same flow proposal cross all companies or inactivating account in all companies) and also missing the ability to have several sessions opened. I particularly like that the program is so user-friendly. We believe that everyone should work with what they are good at, and with Rillion, we can embrace this mindset. Invoice approval doesn't take much time for our users because we have been able to, and continuously work with automating PO matching, workflow, and accounting. The program is easy to navigate and has the necessary features for invoice management. At the present, we wish for better tracking of the work in the invoice log that main users put in. Another advantage in the program would also been, if the administration module were more accessible when viewing an invoice.
