Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about Rillion thus far. I went into the process with some hesitation, given our last failed experiment with another vendor, and Rillion vastly exceeded my expectations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software Rillion has significantly simplified our invoice approval process, giving back valuable time to our team so they can focus on adding value to the business. While Rillion has streamlined the invoice approval process, there is room for improvement. The invoice capture module operates separately from the approval system, and integrating more advanced technology could further automate data capture, reducing manual input for the accounting team. Additionally, the reporting restrictions could be refined—currently, users can see invoices that are not relevant to them, as the visibility configuration is quite basic. We mitigate this by allowing users to access invoices through the ERP, which offers more tailored security controls, but enhancing these restrictions within Rillion itself would be a valuable improvement in future updates. I would suggest that options and alternatives would be limited for some type of users. Someone who doesn't need that much functionality could easily get a bit lost among all those buttons and options.

We like Rillion because does what we need but doesn't do too much more than we need. We really only wanted a vehicle for reviewing, sharing notes and storing our invoices and any comments about them. Rillion has taken the guesswork out of invoice approvals. I no longer have to chase emails or dig through folders to find what I need. The interface is easy to use, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. I can see all the relevant invoice details right away, which makes it fast to approve or flag something if needed. Sometimes I wish the mobile experience was just a bit more polished. Approving on the go works, but a few small tweaks to the interface would make it even more joyful. We have been using Rillion - and before that Centsoft - for many years now and are still very content with the system. It is very intuitive and easy to use which is important as new colleagues joins and need to work in the system. The only thing lacking for us it to have the invoices from Rillion visible in our financial system - we need to use both systems since they are not fully integrated.
