Rillet has been incredibly useful in compiling revenue data clearly. The various reports, such as revenue-by-customer analysis, make month-end close analysis quick and efficient. Additionally, the website is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and customizable. Whenever we have questions, the team is always eager to help and ensures a great user experience. I’m looking forward to features that allow more flexibility for revenue recognition adjustments (like for voided invoices and credit memos) to better align with the service period. Rillet's a full general ledger replacing QBO, Xero, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, the product they've built is incredible. I've been a customer for a few months now and enjoy the experience a lot. They're Stripe integration is best in market and basically automates the whole revenue recognition workflow. Everything pulls in across their various integrations (AP, payroll, etc) and natively populates most of the journal entries required for the close. Their reporting section is powerful too, they do SaaS metrics natively in the platform and consolidate financials across multiple entities and currencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Rillet has significantly streamlined my financial processes, serving as thesource of truth for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and recognized revenue. We rely on Rillet for invoicing our clients and monitoring payments promptly. Our business model can be intricate but it has been seamless with the help from Rillet's team. Moreover, the team's responsiveness has been great -- they are incredibly responsive and it makes it easy for me to juggle between a multitude of different tasks. I'd like to bring in some of the data in Rillet back into Salesforce. Currently the integration is only one-way, though they said they're working on a two-way sync. I was looking for a new GL that's a lot more automated than what I currently have and is working on cutting-edge features with AI. I found Rillet and the tool has been great to work with. We're a non-profit so I wasn't 100% sure at first if Rillet would be a fit. It turns out their workflows are very well-fitted for us. I like their flexibility with their classification function a lot, which allows me to classify revenue and expenses at a fine-grained level with what they call various "Fields". Rillet's great for businesses that have outgrown QBO and especially if you're a business with recurring revenue a lot of their automations are fantastic. It's really built for SaaS businesses through and through and you can tell from the functionalities they have around revenue recognition, to the reporting they have natively all the way to the non-GAAP metrics they include with ARR, cohorts and many more. The system is very easy to use and learn. Rillet's made my board prep a lot easier as it combines both accounting and SaaS metrics in one system and is easy to pull from and drill into any nuances, it's become easy to trust our numbers with Rillet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
