What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

We can access any file or program/software from anywhere (i.e., office, home, client, etc.). Most problems can be dealt with quickly and efficiently with a simple phone call. If it's not a quick/simple fix, the technicians take the time to research and solve the problem while continuing to keep you updated on their progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

Although it can be done, one downside we've encountered is when files are on our laptop/desktop/local (C) drive and need to be moved to the network/cloud or vice versa. It's more of an issue with those that aren't tech-savvy as it takes several steps to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Premier:

After trying several different IT companies, Right Networks has surpassed them all. The benefits to us:

- significantly less downtime related to server or connection issues

- access is no longer limited to the office

- a technician is always available to solve any problems that arise

What problems is Rightworks Cloud Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially, we needed an IT company that knew how the accounting world operated and could manage any (and all) the necessary programs without too much downtime, especially during deadlines. Before Right Networks, we struggled with limited access to files and programs when out in the field, but now we have access to everything from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

The best thing about Right Networks is the ability to access our software and client data from anywhere. All that is needed is a secured internet connection and a reliable computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

I don't have anything that I dislike. As a cloud admin, I am responsible for submitting tickets for all the issues that arise. Right Networks is always timely and helpful in solving any problem that comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

Prompt and courteous service from the team. Overall great experience. Moving to the cloud was a smart decision on our part. Since Right Networks specializes in accounting firms we picked them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

Having issues during peak deadline time and having to get them solved in a hurry. Nothing else noted at this time. If I do think of something else, will try to note that for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rightworks Cloud Premier?

Representatives are very friendly when we call in, and they do a great job of explaining the reason behind the problem. Tom Schaefer has helped us on several occasions. He takes the time to talk through issues with us and ensures the problem is resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Premier?
