I don't know what I would do with the Right Networks technical support. They answer the calls promptly and they are on the problem immediately. They work fast and know exactly what is needed. I have often told my tech person at Right Networks they know more about the Intuit/QuickBooks than the Intuit support call center. If it is something that I absolutely have to go to Intuit support about I dread it, as I hardly ever get my problem resolved and if I do it taken an hour or more of my time.
