When I need help the right Networks representitive takes his time with me. He does not seem to be in a hurry or trying to get off the phone. Every time I have needed them the service has been great and I have resolved my issue in one call and not needed to call back or schedule for a new conference. Having to call about small things like printer setting or things I am unable to change on the remote desktop is frustrating but I know the reason for it and it's unfortunately unavoidable. The support staff at RightNetworks is always very responsive, and they are also quite knowledgeable about their system and QuickBooks.
