Our connection at the office goes down on a regular basis & which prevents me from accessing my files. I don't even have to have QuickBooks installed, the Right Network support does all the installation & setup. Every person on their staff I interacted with, at least six over the course of the week where we were setting up a new interface for one of my bookkeeping clients, was consummately professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a real joy to work with. For customer service without tears, I'd recommend Right Networks every time! **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?** Honestly, I have yet to find anything about Right Networks, from their actual software interface, to their personnel, that isn't top flight. So incredibly refreshing! **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to create a situation where my bookkeeping client and I could both access his desktop version of QuickBooks, simultaneously, from equally remote locations. Right Networks made it seem like a walk in the park! Previously I could only access the QuickBooks program if my client were physically available in his location to activate the TeamViewer program we were using. Now, either one of us can access the program, regardless of our respective locations or time of day, and without the need to disturb the other person, or schedule a time in advance. We were also really caught in between using desktop editions and the overly complex QuickBooks Enterprise, which was costly and had features far beyond our needs. When we found Right Networks, it was THE solution we were looking for, allowing us to host our licensed QuickBooks desktop edition and allow multi-user and multi-location access. We are now 18 months in and have three of our four corporations Company files on Right Networks with users across the U.S. and the globe accessing them with excellent results and plans to continue to expand usage. I have also found Right Networks customer and tech support to be a twelve on my scale of 1-10! There isn't much of a learning curve here which is particularly helpful when training new staff. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?** By far my biggest complaint in my 2 tax seasons of using RN, there have been extremely obvious server slowdowns during peak times. This can be very frustrating when deadlines looms! That said, the slow server speed is an exception to the rule, typically there are no issues. Additionally, It can be a bit frustrating not being able to "right-click" on items. I understand this is for security purposes, but you need to be comfortable with some basic keyboard shortcuts to do certain tasks (copy/cut & paste, for example). **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** As my title indicates, the primary problem that Right Networks helps to solve is working remotely, whether it be from home or from a foreign country. QuickBooks is the kind of app that I need all day long, and if I'm not using it constantly I might have to log back in seven times a day.
