Rightpoint acts as an extension of our team. We don't view them as a vendor, we see them as a partner. Our team was embedded in their office in Chicago for two months leading up to our launch and, while that's an atypical arrangement, it showed Rightpoint was willing to do anything necessary in order to help us put out the best product possible. Rightpoint truly operates as an extension of your team. I was part of daily morning stand-up calls and was kept up to date on a real-time basis. Their execution was incredibly structured - after the scope was finalized it was broken down on a day by day basis and hourly on a task by task basis, and was all logged into Azure so I could track on an ongoing basis and ask questions. Most impressive was their ability to stick to the timeline that we had laid out at the outset - a further testament to how structured their process is and their ability to execute. I also liked how Rightpoint dealt with client feedback - each time I made a suggestion on the project they didn't just listen and execute, but rather provided me with detailed information on the pros and cons of moving in a certain direction so I could make an informed decision.
