Every morning it takes me 20-30 minutes to open my Quickbooks desktop through Rightworks. I constantly get error messages and have to reload it multiple times. I have a new computer so I know it's not old technology. The integration is not good. I also have issues uploading my iif files through Rightworks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right Networks has an amazing team of professionals who have never failed me! Each time I need assistance they are there with excellent customer service and obviously always know what they are doing. They are far more helpful than Quickbooks support! I never have to worry when I call or chat if the person I get connected to is going to know what they are talking about. Having to call about small things like printer setting or things I am unable to change on the remote desktop is frustrating but I know the reason for it and it's unfortunately unavoidable.
