I've been using RightInbox for a while now, and it's honestly been a total game-changer for my Gmail workflow!! The email scheduling, reminders, and templates have saved me so much time. What I also really appreciate is how responsive and helpful the team has been. I've reached out multiple times with questions and technical issues (probably bugged them more than I should! Lol), and they were always quick to reply, super kind, and patient. It’s rare to find that kind of communication these days, and it honestly made a huge difference in my experience. I can schedule emails to go out at the right time, set reminders, and reuse templates instead of typing out the same things over and over. It's easy to use, allows me to schedule handy reminders for emails which is great to makwe sure you follow up on important things, shcedulilng sending and add notes to remind you WHY you wanted to follow up. This Gmail add-on does exactly what it says and works very well. Been using it for the past 3months for cold email outreach in particular 3 of the features: email reminders, recurring emails and email templates. All the features have saved me so much time, in particular recurring emails. I used to send the same weekly or monthly emails to my team.
