RIGG brings maintenance, operations, safety, training, workforce information, parts, and performance reporting into one connected system, helping plant teams replace disconnected spreadsheets, paper processes, and standalone tools with a shared operational workspace. At its core, RIGG provides CMMS functionality for managing assets, preventive maintenance, corrective work, work requests, downtime, spare parts, and maintenance performance. Teams can build structured asset hierarchies, schedule recurring preventive maintenance, create and assign work orders, capture maintenance history, track equipment downtime, manage parts and inventory information, and monitor key maintenance metrics.
