Riem.ai is a developer sourcing tool that finds software engineers by what they've actually built, not what's on their resume. Instead of searching LinkedIn profiles by job titles and keywords, Riem searches 30M+ monthly GitHub events — commits, pull requests, code reviews, and repository contributions — to match engineers to your open roles based on real technical work. Describe the specialist you need in plain English (e.g., "someone who's built payment infrastructure at scale" or "an ML engineer who's deployed models to production"), and Riem's AI maps your description to the right repositories and contribution patterns. Every candidate gets a 0-100 match score, a contribution summary, and their top repos — so you can evaluate technical depth before reaching out. Riem is purpose-built for technical recruiting teams hiring software engineers, ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, and other hard-to-source technical roles. It surfaces active contributors who are invisible to traditional sourcing tools — the engineers with 47 followers maintaining the library your product depends on, not the ones with polished LinkedIn headlines. Plans start at $49/month with unlimited outreach emails, compared to $1,000+/seat for LinkedIn Recruiter or $35,000+ per placement with agency recruiters.
