Ridgepole is construction management software for Canadian general contractors and renovators. It runs a job from the first enquiry to the warranty call: estimates with on-screen takeoff, proposals the client signs on their phone, budgets and purchase orders, daily logs and photos, sub-trades, change orders, progress claims and payments. The Canadian rules are built into the arithmetic: holdback pre-filled by province with the act named, and GST or HST, PST, RST or QST set line by line on every estimate, invoice and progress claim. Clients get their own portal to sign change orders, choose selections, message the builder and see their invoices. Crews log their day, photos and hours from a phone, and on the Enterprise plan the Ridgepole Field iPhone app keeps working with no signal. Plans start at $49 CAD a month, with a 14-day free trial.
