What do you like best about RichCall?

I love how intuitive RichCall is and how much it has made internal and external communication easier. It is easy to use and contains good video conferencing and live chat features to establish contact with other colleagues and customers to work remotely, collaborate or provide customer care and support to enhance their experience. What do you dislike about RichCall?

It is excellent for establishing communication with third parties. However, it does not have a free version, and its paid version can be expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is incredible how easy it is to communicate with colleagues and customers through this application, which is functional not only on computers but also on mobile devices. We use it to provide personalized attention and support to our potential customers whenever the need arises, as well as to boost internal collaboration. "Great Uptime, UI needs some work"

What do you like best about RichCall?

The video call clarity is great for customers to understand the product description demos for machines, along with aftersales support to the clients. the UI also feels fresh, intuitive and easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RichCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Customers and agents can use co-browsing to navigate and fill complex web forms together. The agent can see the form, point out the necessary field and explain what it means to the customer.

2) Remote mobile video allows customers to show the appliance or car damage to insurance agents to file claims much faster.
