Ricavi is the AI sales coaching and intelligence platform for business-to-business sales teams. It coaches every rep on every call, live, through a sidebar only that rep can see. It catches what was missed and suggests what to say next, before the call ends. Ricavi supports 10 sales methodologies, including MEDDPICC, BANT, SPICED, Challenger, and SPIN Selling. Teams can load their own instead. After the call, Ricavi writes the notes, drafts the follow-up, and prepares the customer relationship management (CRM) updates. Nothing is sent or saved until the rep approves it. Deal Score rates each deal on methodology adherence and the evidence from real conversations, and shows how the score was reached. Forecast Score does the same for the pipeline. Ricavi connects to Gmail, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and records without a meeting bot. Security is SOC 2 compliant, with encryption and role-based access controls.
