Ribba is driving school management software that integrates lesson planning, student administration, billing, and exam coordination into one platform, accessible via iPhones, iPads, and web browsers. Its scheduling feature offers a visual weekly agenda that syncs with personal calendars, allowing instructors to plan and reschedule lessons while managing availability. Student management includes progress tracking, waitlist handling, and profile archiving. The invoicing system supports custom lesson packages, automated payment schedules, and secure transactions via iDEAL with Mollie integration, while accounting data syncs with Moneybird. CBR integration automates exam scheduling and result updates. Students use a mobile app to track lessons, request sessions, monitor progress, and view invoices. An AI assistant handles routine tasks and queries, and a referral program enables milestone-based rewards, with payouts processed through Stripe.
