Some good/some bad **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025 **What do you like best about RIB SpecLink?** Generally, the software works pretty well and makes printing an entire project pretty easy. Customer support is strong. **What do you dislike about RIB SpecLink?** The base specifications are not great, but over time you can customize to work with your needs. The interface is pretty painful. Seemingly simple things like formatting are quite bad. For example, it's nearly impossible to make the header and footer of your document match another consultant's example because the formatting is very primitive. Printing is often a game of trial and error. And formatting margins is robust, but very time consuming and completely counterintuitive. Customer support is good, but often results in them being unable to solve a problem with the core programming. I use the web version and wish we hadn't transferred over.
