It features ten preset rhythms like Box Breathing and 4-7-8 Breathing, plus five animation styles—Circle, Petal, Rose, Lotus, and Line—that can be switched during sessions. A custom rhythm builder allows personalized patterns with adjustable inhale, hold, and exhale durations, along with custom colors and sounds. Multi-step routines let users chain rhythms, pauses, notes, and media files into guided sequences. Practice history is tracked locally, showing weekly summaries of breath time, cycles, and sessions. Reminders can be set for specific days or recurring schedules and persist after restarts. Lock-screen controls enable playback management, and sessions continue when the screen turns off. Ambient sound options include background music, breathing cues, and hold sounds, supporting preset and custom audio files. The app operates offline with no ads, tracking, or analytics.
