There are lots of tools in Rhythm that make it easy to input tasks and see what other people have put in. The general UI is clear and straighforward, especially with the reset buttons at the top to take you to default view. Rhythm is a good piece of software, with a great team behind it. I enjoyed getting started -- the team has deep bench strength in all areas of business strategy and growth; the software is maleable and can be tweaked to your style; and the book makes for an easy way to get the whole team on the same page - literally.

We now use it weekly as an integral part of our Leadership Team meetings. Their customer support is great, and I rely on the software to be the one place I look to see what's going on in the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a small business, we found Rhythm to be overkill. It has too many "types" of tracking, and is uneccessarily complex. My team chaffes at spending "10 minutes" during our LT meetings just trying to get the right screens up, and find the right data.

I've had to have Rhythm literally remove entire sections of their software (from our view) so that we are not confused. Happily, they are able to do that quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rhythm is an incredible place to keep sight of our quarterly and annual goals; I appreciate how all the teams' notes, attachments, tasks, ideas, etc can all be stored in one place. It has worked so well for our executive team that now other teams in our organization are using it!

So far, the only thing for me that is problematic is reminding our team to check off their tasks :) I also feel like we only know the tip of the iceberg and could use the platform more to its full potential (We don't really use the goal dashboards) Also, it seems like there is a cap on how many character you can add to the notes section - we do take a lot of notes and often we cannot fit them in. (as well as use coloured font) - I often write the notes in OneNote then copy them over. If they don't all fit I have to add them as an attachment.

It would be helpful to have coloured font for notes.
