What do you like best about Rhythm?

Rhythm has been instrumental in aligning our organization's strategic goals across various service lines. Having been with the company for nearly a decade, I've witnessed a significant transformation since we adopted this tool. Rhythm has elevated our operations and propelled our growth by setting clear goals and KPIs, fostering accountability at all levels. What do you dislike about Rhythm?

I don't have any downsides to Rhythm, as they are constantly improving their tools and adding functunality. Their is a small learning curve like any other tool but once you learn and eastablish how it will be used it has been seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Just started - but pretty good so far!"

What do you like best about Rhythm?

The training was intense but thorough! The software is great - no, not like we needed yet ANOTHER software - but it's focused on your goals and where you are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rhythm?

Again, training was intense. Very difficult to be pulled out of the office to do this. We only started this a couple of weeks ago, so although it looks like I only gave it a 3 star, we aren't into it enough to really give a full picture. Others in the office have used it longer. What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Once you know your plan, it helps to break it down by area of the business or department then within that department the individuals role to help accomplish the larger goal. This cascading effect helps everyone see the role they play in accomplishing our goal as a whole, which is to make industrial workplaces thrive with worldclass safety work environments.

This cascading process or linking helps us to link the work/priority or the KPI the results to the expectations of the company and ourselves. Great accountability, clear focus, simple results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
