Elements on the platform tend to shift often, which can be a bit disorienting. I also wish the user experience for setting up goals was improved, particularly when it comes to adding more detailed descriptions and KPI information. The way they have changed in last few years have made this platform very interactive between multifunctional teams to collaborate together towards the coampany goals. The child goals and ladder charts to see how each goal is performing helps the organization out in many ways. Also, the week in sync functionality helps the teams focus on the right topics and stucks than discuss everything that's happened with every individual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Somehow, the interface still confuses me after all these years when looking for previous quarter or next quarter goals, esp when the quarter changes.
