I like the hierarchy of goals that can be created in Rhythm. The organization sets 3-4 goals, and then each department aligns their KPIs and critical to-dos to those goals. This allows me to then align my own personal activities to department goals, which is great for understanding the importance of what I need to prioritize. I have been using Rhythm for the past six months to track my quarterly goals and to ensure alignment within the marketing team.
