The ease of use. It is very intuitive and easy to enter your goals and KPI's. Then tracking and updating them over time. Couldn't be simpler than the color coded format. They also provided training for our team when we implemented Rhythm. This was the best since it allowed us to ask questions if there were any. We use it every week to update everything.
