An efficient portal is critical as it is the first page our members and attendees visit when accessing the site. We also love the registration layouts and capabilities to create microsites for each of our events throughout the year. I like the intuitive layout a lot. The pages are laid out well, and the flow of work progresses through a series of steps that are easy to follow without having to recall a complex sequence of steps. It's obviousl that a lot of thought went into studying use-cases and designing an intuitive user experience. My favorite feature is the ability to schedule sessions en-mass. Rhythm helps me manage all aspects of event management, including registration, exhibits, and abstract management. I use the powerful query tools all day long to help the event stay on track. Innovation at Rhythm happens quickly, and customer feedback is often implemented in new releases and updates. The system is interconnected so that different apps talk to one another and sync information, reducing our team's manual workload. Rhythm has a fully configurable portal with almost endless customization options, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to ease of use on the back end. Rhythm can be tailored to fit the processes that are unique to our association, and all the configurations actually work well together! The system can do a lot more than our old one which means there's a lot to learn, and it took some time to get used to. Recommendations to others considering Rhythm Software: What has your overall experience been like with Rhythm? The configurable processes, automation options, and integrations make it so much easier to use than other AMS solutions I’ve tried. Overall, I’m very pleased with Rhythm. All the apps are integrated with one another, which has eliminated a lot of the manual work that used to take up my time. For example, in Rhythm, new registrations roll over into memberships automatically. With other providers, I would have to manually enter those registrations into the system as memberships! Rhythm’s clean and intuitive interface and automation options have seriously reduced the amount of time our staff spends completing repetitive tasks. My big wish-list items were group registration for events and integration with QuickBooks Online. Then, Rhythm launched both at their most recent customer event.
