Rhumbit is a route optimization platform purpose-built for solo technicians and small field service crews (1–5 people). Unlike all-in-one field service management suites that include basic routing as a secondary feature, Rhumbit's entire product is built around making every route as efficient as possible. Core capabilities include AI-powered multi-stop route optimization, one-tap emergency re-routing when new jobs come in mid-day, automated customer SMS with live ETAs, skills-based job assignment for teams, photo documentation, a customer booking portal, and an offline-first PWA that works reliably in basements and crawl spaces. Rhumbit serves pool service, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, and other field service professionals running 5 or more stops per day. Pricing starts at $29/month for a solo tech with no per-user fees, no implementation cost, and no contract.
