Rhombus is a cloud based camera and security platform. This means it can continually evolve overtime without always needing upgrades to physical devices like cameras. It is easy to access the console and find the video or events you are looking for. Its easy to install the hardware and to manage users and permissions. Customer support has been great when we need it and our sales rep has been a blast to work with. Its loaded with features and gaining more all the time. Rhombus offers a web-based dashboard that is easy to navigate. The mobile app also works great, and it is very functional for a school administrator to access the district's camera system outside of school hours or when the principal is not at the school location. Prior to Rhombus, we were using an on premise NVR from IC Realtime. Their product was very clunky when exporting video to share and with management offsite.
