Rhombus is a cloud based camera and security platform. This means it can continually evolve overtime without always needing upgrades to physical devices like cameras. It is easy to access the console and find the video or events you are looking for. Its easy to install the hardware and to manage users and permissions. Customer support has been great when we need it and our sales rep has been a blast to work with. Its loaded with features and gaining more all the time. Prior to Rhombus, we were using an on premise NVR from IC Realtime. Their product was very clunky when exporting video to share and with management offsite. We previously had some issues with running Rhombus inside of Google Chrome and issues with fast forwading at too high of a speed as it would crash the camera feed. We also monitor our parking lots and can keep a close eye on anyone entering our facilities.
