The software is great, gives me a ton of info when I need it. It can be strange, sometimes I get movement events showing in the scroll bar, sometimes nothing, makes it hard to find certain things sometimes. And it changes on a whim as far as I can tell. But overall, I really like the hardware & software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rhombus? The installers they used for my area are terrible. I've been trying for almost 2 years to get them back here for support & upgrades. I've given up on that end. They sold us on one set of features, & delivered a much inferior product, and they don't seem to want to take accountability for that. Again, this is on the local installers, not Rhombus.
