The setup of cameras can be done with ease. If a camera goes offline, it continues to record. This is a major benefit of a hosted camera system. There is a delay in the video feed, which is new to our users. It's easy to do the things we need to do in the interface, and there are plenty of integrations to help leverage other technology platforms. Also, they do a great job with customer support and warranty replacements, making it as hassle-free as possible. **What do you dislike about Rhombus?** The AI does require a fair amount of training, but it's hard to fault it for that. AI needs to learn, and there is a significant amount of time that needs to be put into teaching it. **What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem with our exterior security cameras, as they did not have the kind of functionality that we desired. We replaced them with Rhombus and liked them so much that we are replacing our interior cameras with Rhombus as well. ### 49. My admin are monitoring the feed daily, and I have no complaints from them. The vape detectors are very accurate, once you get them tuned for the restroom. The support service is very friendly and they are quick to respond.
