The customer service response team is phenomenal. Great support and communication from all aspects. The ability to create multiple business managed virtual cards with reporting for each is amazing. Expense management and Budgeting spend limits on a monthly basis per card and the ability to have purchase history readily available at your fingertips for analysis and records. I adore the simplicity of Rho's UI. Being a smaller company, I was unable to receive official training, but that was 0 issue as the UI is so incredibly user friendly. Rho has very user friendly online features, you can easily see and track your spending and upload receipts.
