Lack of options for automated/scheduled communications (email mainly). Email customization is not user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering RhinoFit:** If you want a feature rich system that can handle member communications and speed up your workflow, look elsewhere. **What problems is RhinoFit solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. I have to use something, swapping is a pain in the ass, but if speed issues are not addressed, I will be looking for another option. The only thing I use this for is to process accounts and that has even gotten to be a hassle. ### 2. When adding a drop if the person is a repeat I can select the person I have to keep creating like it’s a first time drop in.
