upside is all tech team can use it for designing end to end design of system

**What do you dislike about Rhapsody?**

Nothing really to dislike about the app.

**Recommendations to others considering Rhapsody:**

I guess this is much easier to use than other industry standard tools available for model designing and workflow designing.

**What problems is Rhapsody solving and how is that benefiting you?**

for test management and for workflow design
