That needs to be mixed up a little I think. Another issue is that some questions can be intrepreted differntly. Example, there is a question about admitting mistakes. If a person is admitting them "Often", then that has to mean they are making mistakes often. Scores over time show trends rather than quick snapshots. At times you can correlate life events with feedback that really show positive & negative influences on the group(s) interaction. Learning tools are basic but reinforcing. General 'high fives' and motivational part of the product are nice, but the winner is the request for private feedback on sub-topics. **What do you dislike about Humareso?** Highly dependent on your group of Feedback Providers. To gain insight you need to find the right group(s) that are not directly 'job' competitive and are willing to provide & receive honest constructuctive feedback. Improvement point could be frequent update of learning tools with additional current tips and improvement methods (gets stale over time). **What problems is Humareso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides a secondary path for engagement. Although I prefer direct F2F communication, more frequently the generations are turning to less conflict and direct F2F honesty, but are willing to share more openly 'behind an app' which is a secondary useful way to gain insight. ### 22. Some users have "keyboard courage", but will not be open and honest to the employee about their performance.
