RFPTriage is proposal software for small federal contractors and the proposal managers who support them. Import a SAM.gov solicitation and RFPTriage builds the compliance matrix from the requirements, so every instruction and evaluation item has a row before anyone starts writing. Your writers draft with whatever tools they like. RFPTriage handles the repetitive checking: for each requirement, it shows the answer side by side with the requirement. You accept or reject each answer, and nothing counts as done until a person approves it. Approved answers are protected. If an answer you already approved changes later, RFPTriage flags it as changed and needing reapproval, so nothing you signed off on changes silently before submission.
