No bugs that all of a sudden pop up, because the product is still being developed. No issues that come up, just because we do something that some other customers may not do. No, it's working. It's customizable enough to make us happy campers! **What do you dislike about RF- SMART WMS?** When something gets submitted, it not instantaneous due to the way that everything is processed under the hood. There's most likely a reason for that... and we can live with it for now. **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** RF-Smart is now our Warehouse Management System and they're doing it right. Our Implementation consultant, Neal Von Almen, was the perfect fit for our team. He made every step of our integration smooth. Any issues we ran into, which due to his guidance was very few, we had no trouble working through quickly. We felt we had his full attention throughout this process and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was professional, kinda and understanding throughout this whole implementation. Kept us up to date of potential addition area that RF Smart could help us without the pressure of being upsold. My experience with RF Smart has ensured they will always be my first go to for anything additional we could benefit from them. **What do you dislike about RF- SMART WMS?** There is nothing I can say that I dislike. Everything went smoothly, we had a good time even great laughs. I also liked the ability to integrate it with NetSuite, both of them together took care of all of the needs we needed in inventory management for our warehouse **What do you dislike about RF- SMART WMS?** I did not care for the multiple channels you had to work through to update inventory quantities. There are several different screens to work through to update one item **Recommendations to others considering RF- SMART WMS:** Make sure you complete all of the training before implementing this software for your business, it's very complex and it can do various things especially when integrating it with a different software. **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I kept track of inventory for an online retail store in receiving ### 23. Our picking of product has increased and it has been able to be standardized so anyone walking off the street could follow the process. RF Smart also helps with accuracy as it will not let us select an incorrect item. **What do you dislike about RF- SMART WMS?** One of the biggest complaints is that there can be a short delay between RFSmart and NetSuite during the picking and shipping process. This can lead our pickers and shippers to be waiting at time for the software to catch up. The other shortfall of the ship portion of RF Smart is that it does not do international shipping. **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** With RF Smart we have been able to scan verify our product, track all product by lot number and speed up the shipping process. It arranges our pick sequence in a logical order to safe steps. ### 24. If certain people weren’t around to click a button, all our data would not transfer over. Frustrating during OT hours **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spending less time receiving mass amounts of units contributed to our efficiency rating by at least 20%. They are easy to work with, and they may be able to accommodate your needs even if the product doesn't seem so initially. **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using RF-Smart for Inventory Management as part of our integrated ERP system. Review them and ensure that they are ranked by must have, business process can be changed or through customization's. Most warehouse requirements can be simply changed through some minor business process redesign that will make things simpler for your team and increase your acceptance of the implementation and provide a higher ROI. **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Small WMS needs that customers want an inexpensive and quick to install very light WMS solution. ### 28. Right down the which bin the item was pulled from. Before RFSmart everything was done by hand. First we would write the details on each order then we would have to hand type all of the information into our CRM to keep track of it. Now with RFSmart we just scan the ticket, scan the individual components and where they came from and then done. Another great feature is being able to capture the amount of labor going into each order. This has helped us redefine our margins by product and not just product group. **What do you dislike about RF- SMART WMS?** I dislike the scanner support. I buy my scanners directly from them only to find that almost every time there is an issue I have to go through them and they usually need help from Zebra. I just think if you are going to sell the scanners you should have a little better trouble shooting abilities. **Recommendations to others considering RF- SMART WMS:** Be ready to spend a ton of time learning the system if you have never used UPC systems before. The integration into our CRM took longer than expected but very worth it in the end. **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving many efficiency problems we did not even know we had. Using scanners to scan the product, fulfill it, and have it ship then it all corresponds to Netsuite makes the system well worth it. Having multiple scanners for different departments makes the process run pretty smooth with only minor hiccups. **What do you dislike about RF- SMART WMS?** Sometimes the server can get bogged down which can cause some issues. We have product separated into bins and sometimes it can get mixed up and something will get entered wrong and it can cause a commotion. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons by a long shot. **Recommendations to others considering RF- SMART WMS:** This system is amazing. It makes everything easier when it comes down to it. Making sure that the all of the orders are being fulfilled correctly and on time is a huge benefit. It is an absolute no brainer when it comes down to managing the inventory in a warehouse setting and the built in Netsuite works flawlessly. Give it a shot and you will not be let down. **What problems is RF- SMART WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a large manufacturing plant that we use rf smart for. We use it on scanners to manage our inventory by counting and receiving product in. Our small orders department uses these scanners also to pick, pack, and ship orders.
