Nearly 600 properties run on rezStream. Get a full cloud-based property management system, a mobile-friendly booking engine, and direct OTA/channel connections, all simple enough to learn in a day. **What do you like best about rezStream Cloud?**

Easy to add properties, make reservations and see active reservations in the system.

**What do you dislike about rezStream Cloud?**

Customer support is hard to get a quick response from.  You tend to play phone or email tag .

**What problems is rezStream Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We make all of our reservations in RezStream.

Very easy to use for reservations and setting up properties.

Support is slow to get back to you; you either play phone or email tag.

**What problems is rezStream Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this as our in-house booking engine and reservation system.
