**What do you like best about RezGain?**

It is best software for manage company,hotels like it will handle the all the important things like inventory,prices, availability, bookings and all. The best part of this platform is this it will updated with the real time availability.It is use ease and also implementation is ease. Customer support is good so that's why I use this 3 months.also it's integration is good.

**What do you dislike about RezGain?**

Limited labor supply and difficult to use especially when checking rates and inventory

If it increases its labor supply then it will help us for many aspects.

**What do you like best about RezGain?**

In my previous role as a Revenue Management Specialist, I worked on RezGain as a Channel Manager of 36 Hotel Properties. Working On RezGain is quite impressive, which adds skills to your learning on managing hotel inventory, price, and rate parity reports.  This is one of the best distribution channel managers, which is widely accepted and has connectivity to all major distribution channels.

**What do you dislike about RezGain?**

The tool needs to develop some advanced features. The linking of rate plans are quite old method. The customer support is also quite average.

**What problems is RezGain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rezgain is one of the best channel managers for managing inventory and rates. It comes with great features which are not difficult to use.  With this tool, you control the distribution on all significant third-party channels. The best part is it provides a great dashboard as well as rate parity report.

It is easy to use software and implementation was simple. They make channel management easy and thus customer is enabled to use it frequently.

**What do you dislike about RezGain?**

The customer support needs to improve and they can also increase the integration with some upcoming distribution channels.

**What problems is RezGain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RezGain helps to manage inventory quite well. The sales are easier to take care that way keeping in mind proper utilisation of inventory. They are also simple to integrate on some major distribution channels. Their dashboards are good and easy to use.
