I like that Rezedent.com is easy to use and straightforward, covering many aspects of property management that I don't have to worry about. It lets me do everything in one spot, saving me from searching through different platforms for tenants or payments, which saves a lot of time. I appreciate having everything in one area, so I don't have to look for it all the time. There were some problems with their payment systems a couple times. They've changed the vendor now, though, so it's fine. But going through that was a bit of a hassle. But they were able to resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Rezedent.com saves me time with its ease of use and makes my communication with residents much smoother. Receiving rental payments online and managing maintenance requests are very convenient. I particularly appreciate the tenant screening and how it helps me organize my accounting with their lite accounting Expense Tracker. Especially, I like the way rental invoices automatically add late fees and how non-emergency maintenance requests can be automated and assigned to my vendors. Their support is also reliable, as they always help quickly if there is an issue. The initial setup was very easy, which makes the entire experience better. Previously, I used spreadsheets, but they couldn’t handle all the aspects of DIY Property Management that Rezedent.com provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
