**What do you like best about Rexx Suite?**

What is particularly convincing about the rexx Suite is that it represents the entire Employee Lifecycle in an integrated HR suite – from recruiting to talent management to learning and performance.

This avoids media disruptions and keeps HR data consistent. At the same time, rexx is particularly powerful in recruiting and talent management: Flexible workflows, good search and filter functions, as well as the ability to clearly represent even complex recruiting processes, create a clear transition from applicant to development within the company.

This is complemented by the suite's high adaptability: Processes, roles, and permissions can be configured very closely to the actual HR reality of a company and can be flexibly further developed.

**What do you dislike about Rexx Suite?**

A minor criticism is that some standard functions like "My Tasks" or the calendar cannot currently be deactivated or hidden, even if they are not used in everyday work. This somewhat limits the customization of the interface. Apart from that, the suite is overall very well implemented.

**What problems is Rexx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

rexx supports the solution of HR problems primarily through an integrated and holistic approach along the entire employee lifecycle. Instead of operating many individual solutions in parallel, the areas of recruiting, personnel administration, talent management, performance management, and further training are combined into one system. This significantly reduces complexity, media disruptions, and manual work.

A central HR problem – inefficient and non-transparent processes – is addressed through clearly defined workflows, roles, and automations. Especially in recruiting, rexx provides clarity: all parties involved know at any time what stage the candidates are in, responsibilities are clearly regulated, and processing times can be analyzed and improved.

Furthermore, rexx helps solve another core problem: the lack of transparency regarding talents, skills, and development potentials within the company. Through central profiles, competency models, and development measures, it becomes visible which skills are available, where gaps exist, and how succession or development can be strategically planned.

Last but not least, rexx supports HR in becoming a strategic partner rather than an operational administrator. Data, evaluations, and linked processes enable informed decisions on personnel planning, leadership development, and cultural issues, which is particularly important in phases of growth, transformation, or change.

**What do you like best about Rexx Suite?**

The multiposting feature combined with the CV parser is a standout for me. Additionally, the digital applicant file and the team feedback loop are excellent, they allow recruters and hiring managers to collaborate seamlessly by leaving internal notes and ratings in one centalized place. I also value the clean, intuitive dashboard. Finally, the hight level of GDPR security and data protection gives us total peace of mind that our candidate data is being handled professionally and legally. Its easy to use after the onboarding. You are also able to contact with customer support, which responds quickly. It is highly effective for medium to large ernterprises with complex hiring needs, because you will use it frequently and on a everyday basis.

**What do you dislike about Rexx Suite?**

UI and Customization, sometimes new users find that customizing basic features can be tricky and the interface is not always as user-friendly as it could be, with creates some blockers in integration and implementation in company.  Because it is a powerful, modular suite, the implementation and integration phase can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Rexx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating tasks like vacation booking and CV parsing frees up HR to focus on strategy rather than paperwork. Also Rexx helps us to speed up "Time-to-Hire".

Future Requests are slow and expensive, usability is not intuitive and not optimal (often illogical). Support is quick through the ticket tool, but accessibility is often poor. The Rexx AI is in its infancy and sometimes helps.

**What problems is Rexx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evaluation of applicants, posting of job advertisements, management of employees and personnel files, control of workflows.

The diversity of the different modules. The exchange between the customers. The constant optimization and further development of Rexx.

The support during the introduction phase by the consulting could be improved.

General HR activities, file management, data maintenance, maintenance of master data for the connected payroll system. Topics like benefits, skills, and events are still planned.

**What do you like best about Rexx Suite?**

I like the simple UI and that it is easy to learn. Rexx Suite creates a digital personnel file, which has enabled our team to digitize many HR processes. We manage all our events and e-learning through Rexx, which is very convenient. Additionally, the collaboration with an authoring software for e-learning works great.

**What do you dislike about Rexx Suite?**

In some areas, there is a lack of consistency in similar processes.

**What problems is Rexx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Rexx Suite, I was able to create a digital personnel file and digitize HR processes. We manage events and conduct e-learning.

**What do you like best about Rexx Suite?**

It is easy to navigate through the panels and does basically what the HR will take so much time to do. Booking vacation and colleagues calendar are very easy to access and plan vacations, the calendar also displays public holidays which has proven to be very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Rexx Suite?**

It is more difficult to customize some basic features, also there was a problem with the login for all employees because one person tried to login more than 5 times with a wrong password, in that sense it needs more time to get access back.

**What problems is Rexx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help easily book vacations and keep records of workers in the company. Employees can also change their master data with this software without coming in contact with the HR, there are few bugs so far and reliable in times of crisis
