**What do you like best about REWORK?**

I recently used Rework Digital and found the platform easy to navigate. I especially like that it uses milestone payments with escrow protection, which gave me extra confidence throughout the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about REWORK?**

What I don't like is the dashboard honestly. They should add more filters to the dashboard to make searching even easier.

**What problems is REWORK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of payment and escrow. The milestone payments and escrow gave me peace of mind, and the people I found looked well vetted

**What do you like best about REWORK?**

I like that the AI agents in REWORK aren't generic; they pull live information directly from CRM deals and client contacts. This capability isn't just a small feature; it completely changes how my business operates, making the system far more integrated and efficient.

**What do you dislike about REWORK?**

I find that making an agent smart requires it to read our live CRM files, contact records, and task lists. I also find the setup not easy but not hard.

**What problems is REWORK solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use REWORK to automate complex operational tasks and solve the fragmentation and isolation of AI tools in business operations.
