I like that Rewardful helps me in different ways, especially in tracking all the activities taken by the affiliates. I'm able to find out information easily through the numbers. The initial setup of Rewardful was very easy for us, taking about a week. It's not tough, and the user-friendly UI makes it very easy to handle. I had some trouble initially finding and deleting affiliates who were doing spam and not following the process. It would be great if there were a feature to flag spam users who sign up with multiple email IDs but are actually just one user. Very easy to set up an affiliate campaign and the integration with Paddle and PayPal made it a no-brainer for us when Paddle discontinued their in-house affiliate functionality. The email notifications are helpful (you get an email when an affiliate sale is made, and also notifications when there are outstanding payouts that need attention). Although its a great tool, there is still a manual step which we need to carry out every month to make the payouts to customers via PayPal. We run a digital products business and payment processing is handled by Paddle. When Paddle discontinued its in-built affiliate functionality we needed an alternative; Rewardful was a great option and it has been reliable and fully-featured since the day we signed up. It would be much better if the system simply emailed them a setup link so they could create the account themselves and choose their own password, especially for security. Just to clarify, the password shown during manual affiliate creation is a temporary, system-generated password (not an existing password being exposed). Program managers can choose whether to use it or have the affiliate set their own password, so this isn’t a security issue. Rewardful is easy to use and has helped increase our revenue. After the initial setup, which was easy enough for our dev team to integrate, it pretty much runs itself, which makes it a low-maintenance tool to keep in place. I’d like to see more features made available on the Starter Plan. Even if it were only on a trial basis, it would be helpful to experiment and better understand what’s possible.
