Setting goals with 15Five is fun because your manager can keep track to your goals at any given point without really having a meeting. The notifications feature is spot on.     "Must have for all companies!!!: I love that Kudos allows all employees no matter how highly ranked they are to share appreciation across all sites world wide! You never know how someone else is feeling regardless if its work related or not and just being able to show that little recognition by sending kudos puts a smile on peoples face every time. What makes it better is that you can actually use the kudos points towards everyday life, so their actually beneficial!"

    "Great for finding what makes your employees truly happy: This product gives you insights into your employee base that you didnt even know existed. For example, after sending out our first wave of employee surveys and analyzing the data we found that one thing that qualtrics believed would improve our employee satisfaction would be to offer a paid vacation (time off + money to go towards vacation). Now for just 1500$ per employee per year we have implemented this. This, along with other seemingly random changes our company culture has greatly improved and our employee attrition has lowered considerably, which almost pays for the cost of the vacations in and of itself. "

While corporate's content has improved dramatically. The platform Saba Cloud provides makes executing, tracking and reporting staff training easier than ever. The interface is very clean. Also a big benefit is that training material is provided several ways (PDF, Adobe Flash, etc) and Saba Cloud handles it well."

Easy selling point with my stake holders for the project I manage. Can use the reports as is to show to how many it has been delivered and very easy to get bounced back reports. Easy to resend also the option to test and send it for review to the approvers is designed well. A must have tool if you are a part of change management Team. Make it simpler for updates and reports to the stake holders."

Although the tool is very self-service, they have an incredible support staff (who I use often) and a help article or blog post for any question I have.
