Showing appreciation and gratitude. Letting people know they are valued. Making someone feel good and appreciated is one of the things I love to do most in life. Providing recognition to other employees is what we lack in today's society and remote work environment. This new program is a new way of communicating and collaborating with other workers. I think every business should be using this Fond program. Once it is accepted into our unique way of working will become normal: being nice to others and recognizing their efforts. Also, gratitude produces endorphins which make us feel good. And why not help someone feel appreciated, loved, and valued due to their efforts and hard work? The gift points do not roll over; you must use them before the end of the month. We should be able to roll them over to collect more and claim a significant prize. I feel Fond must make it clear that the rewards do not roll over. Additionally, I am trying to get the $5 gift card, and it appears it is fake. I can't get the bar to go up to $5.
