MoveSpring is very user friendly, customer support is always helpful, and there is a wide variety of challenges. The Explore tab and the new monthly personal goal is the best addition to MoveSpring. The topics and articles offered in the Explore tab go hand in hand with the health topics we cover in our Healthy City, USA initiative so we're giving our users what they want to see.
