In a fully remote setup like ours at Notion, keeping everyone on the same page is half the battle. Revver has been brilliant for that. We use it as our central hub for all active projects. The client portals are a lifesaver for sharing sensitive strategic documents with external partners and thought leaders it’s a much more secure and professional experience than using something like a public Dropbox link. It also eliminates the constant back-and-forth of email attachments. Everyone just knows to go to Revver to find the latest versions of our marketing decks, video assets, and content briefs. On the downside, I’d say the user experience could be more intuitive. It feels very powerful, which is great, but sometimes you have to click around a lot to get to a simple function. It feels slightly less nimble than some of the newer, lighter-weight collaboration tools we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
