"Revver Keeps Our Remote Team Aligned with Secure, Professional Client Portals"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

In a fully remote setup like ours at Notion, keeping everyone on the same page is half the battle. Revver has been brilliant for that. We use it as our central hub for all active projects. The client portals are a lifesaver for sharing sensitive strategic documents with external partners and thought leaders it’s a much more secure and professional experience than using something like a public Dropbox link. It also eliminates the constant back-and-forth of email attachments. Everyone just knows to go to Revver to find the latest versions of our marketing decks, video assets, and content briefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

On the downside, I’d say the user experience could be more intuitive. It feels very powerful, which is great, but sometimes you have to click around a lot to get to a simple function. It feels slightly less nimble than some of the newer, lighter-weight collaboration tools we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Document Workflows with Promising Automation and AI Extraction"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

What stood out most during the trial was how easy Revver was to navigate and how quickly we could organise documents into a structured workflow. We're evaluating it as a solution for onboarding new clients and staff, and having all related documents in one secure location makes that process much more organised. I also liked the workflow automation options, which have the potential to reduce manual administration, and the AI-powered data extraction features look promising for reducing repetitive document handling. Overall, the platform feels intuitive and well suited to businesses that manage large volumes of documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

Some of the more advanced workflow and automation options will likely take time to configure properly, particularly for organisations with more complex document processes. There is a learning curve to understanding all of the available functionality, but the interface itself remained easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver’s No-Code Automation and eSignature Made Our Document Workflows Fast"
4/5
What do you like best about Revver?

The automation capabilities are what drew me to Revver and they deliver. I built our document routing and approval processes in a matter of days without any coding. The eSignature integration is convenient since we no longer need a separate tool for signatures. The intelligent search and retrieval has made finding specific documents much faster than our old folder-based system. The compliance features with audit logs and retention schedules are also reassuring as we prepare for more enterprise prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

Initial setup was more complex than I hoped. The user interface feels a bit dated compared to other SaaS tools we use and it took some time for our sales team to get comfortable with it. The reporting and analytics capabilities are fairly basic. I would love more visibility into workflow performance metrics like average approval time without having to export data and build my own dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful document management that saves our team hours every week."
4/5
What do you like best about Revver?

What I like best about Revver is how much manual administrative work it completely eliminates while delivering an incredibly strong return on investment (ROI). The platform's UI/UX is surprisingly clean and intuitive, which made onboarding our team a breeze despite the advanced automation features running under the hood. The absolute standout capability for us has been the Smart Extract AI, and its overall processing performance is top-tier. Instead of spending hours manually renaming files or typing in data, we can just drop a massive batch of scanned client intake forms or multi-page PDFs into the system. The AI reads the documents instantly, extracts key metadata, names the files correctly, and automatically routes them into the exact folders they belong in. Pairing that high-performance intelligent filing with their no-code approval workflows has completely changed how our team operates. For example, when a new contract is uploaded, the platform instantly recognizes it, triggers an integrated eSignature request to the client, and routes it straight to our finance team for approval once signed. It has made our entire document lifecycle faster, safer, and completely hands-off, saving us countless billable hours every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

What I find least helpful about Revver is the steep learning curve at the start, especially during onboarding. Because the automation engine, metadata indexing, and workflow builders are so advanced and deeply customizable, setting up our initial folder templates and governance rules took a lot of trial and error. The support team was helpful, but the implementation phase still ran longer than we originally anticipated before everything felt fully dialed in.

Also, while the core features work flawlessly on their own, getting deeper integrations working with some of our niche, legacy third-party software applications wasn’t entirely plug-and-play. In our case, it sometimes required advanced configuration or relying on external connectors to sync properly, which can be frustrating if you’re expecting seamless, out-of-the-box connectivity across every tool in your tech stack. "Revver Streamlines Document Management with Some Onboarding Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

I like using Revver for document management because it helps eliminate disorganized file storage and version confusion. I find the version control feature extremely useful as it ensures everyone works off the latest version of documents, preventing updates confusion. I also appreciate the permission management which ensures that sensitive data remains secure, and the centralized document repository that makes accessing documents convenient. Ui/Ux part of reverr is generic and minimalist . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

I find the onboarding process lengthy, and support can feel slow at times. I also think the pricing is a bit too steep if we decide to scale up. Honestly third party application integration is a hassle, and to talk on the AI features, they are logical but most of them are generic. Sometimes they might slow down work performance if not prompted correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable Document Management That Optimizes Routine Tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

A Revver has simplified the organization and accessibility of our business documentation. With its folder structure and search function, I am able to efficiently find contracts, policies and employee records. This function reduces time spent searching for information. I appreciate the benefits of workflow automation. This keeps document approvals moving and eliminates the time spent on document follow-ups. I am confident in the security of controls and the permission settings of Revver. I am confident all sensitive files will only be accessible to the right employees. Collaboration features encourage inter-departmental work on documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

We spent a while on setup because we had to get workflows and permissions configured correctly. I definitely think mobile could be developed further. There are probably features on desktop that could be added to mobile, for those on the road for work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Workflow Integration for Document Management and E-Signatures"
4/5
What do you like best about Revver?

The integration with our existing workflows is solid, particularly for document management and e-signatures. Our team often needs to handle a lot of approvals and other document-heavy processes and this seems to work quite well for our purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The interface is something I find to be a bit bit clunky or outdated but I try to overlook it due to the functionality that is actually useful to us. There’s feature limitations that leaves a bit to be desired compared to other vendors, especially when it comes to more advanced automation or reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver’s Document Requests and Smart Extract AI Streamline Our Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

We started relying heavily on Revver document request feature now which completely changed game for my team. We shoot over secure link, client upload their financial, system auto routes it exactly where it belongs. I really like Smart Extract AI but when we get massive dump of invoice or tax form, OCR automatically pulls metadata and tags them without us lifting finger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

I struggled bit with getting folder template and permission set up perfectly. Role based access is robust but feels little complex initially if you're coming from simpler tool. Also mobile app could use little optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
