"Smart Extract AI Makes Document Search and Automation Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

The main thing that stood out to me right away is the Smart Extract AI. In my line of work, getting a clear picture of performance data is everything, and I appreciate that I can apply a similar level of precision to document management now. Being able to find a specific contract or invoice with a simple keyword search instead of digging through endless folders is a massive time saver. It’s pretty impressive how it can read scanned documents and even handwritten forms. From a strategic standpoint, the workflow automation is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

Implementing it wasn't as straightforward as I’d hoped. It’s a powerful tool, but I felt the setup required a bit more hand-holding than I anticipated. The "guided onboarding" was fine, but I was hoping for a more plug-and-play experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver’s Smart Search Makes High-Volume Lending Documents Easy to Manage"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

What I appreciate most is how well it handles the sheer volume of documents we deal with daily in the lending department. We were looking for a way to get a handle on all the applications, disclosures, and supporting documents that come in, and Revver has given us a clear path forward. The smart search feature is probably our favorite part. The fact that it can read through scans and even handwritten forms to find what we need has saved our team a tremendous amount of time, especially when we’re trying to locate a specific condition for an underwriter. It feels like it was designed with a compliance-heavy environment like ours in mind, which has been a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

While the system itself is powerful, the initial setup was a bit more involved than I had hoped. It takes a solid investment of time to build out your folder structures and automate the intake workflows for the different loan types. We’re a credit union, so our consumer and mortgage divisions have different requirements, and tailoring everything to fit both has been a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver Streamlines Approvals with Powerful No-Code Automation and Fast Search"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

As Director of Operations, I'm constantly looking for ways to streamline our internal processes and reduce delays. Revver has been a significant help in that regard. The main draw for us was the workflow automation. We were able to set up no-code approval processes for several of our routine project documents in just a few hours. It’s eliminated a lot of the back-and-forth email chains and manual follow-ups that used to eat up so much time. The intelligent search is also very accurate; it’s saved me from digging through network folders more times than I can count. Being able to find a document in seconds, even if it's a scanned contract, makes a big difference for our team’s productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The platform is powerful, but it’s not quite as intuitive as I had hoped for everyone on my team. The initial learning curve for some of the more advanced features, like setting up complex conditional logic in workflows, was a bit steep for our non-technical staff. I had to spend a little more time than anticipated getting one or two senior team members comfortable with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Routing with Powerful Workflow Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

For me, the biggest value has been the workflow automation capabilities. In my role, I'm constantly looking for ways to reduce friction between systems and create cleaner handoffs between teams. We work with multiple client engagements simultaneously, and keeping track of all the deliverables, proposals, and signed contracts was becoming a bottleneck. What I really appreciate about Revver is how it handles document routing without needing coding skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

I know they position themselves as having guided onboarding, and to be fair, our customer success rep was knowledgeable and responsive. But the actual setup process took longer than I anticipated, especially when we started connecting Revver to our existing CRM. We ran into a few hiccups with how data was mapping between the two systems, and resolving those issues required multiple calls and some back and forth with their support team. "Secure Client Portal That Makes Work Orders Easy to Find"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

We were dealing with a mix of emails, texted photos of documents, and some guys even bringing paper back to the shop at the end of the day. It was a nightmare for me to keep track of, and it was even worse when we needed to find a signed work order from a few months ago. With Revver, we were able to set up a simple portal for our clients and our guys to drop things in. It just feels more secure than regular email, and having everything automatically go into the right job folder has been a huge relief. I'm not digging through drives or email inboxes anymore to find a specific contract or something. We can finally find things instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The AI stuff. Look, I know they're pushing the Smart Extract AI, and when it works, it's really cool. The idea of it reading a messy handwritten service ticket and putting the data where it needs to go is fantastic. But it's not as plug-and-play as I was hoping. "Smart Extract and Automated Workflows That Streamline Accounts Payable"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

Before Revver, we were dealing with a mountain of paperwork, and finding a specific document was like searching for a needle in a haystack. The "Smart Extract" feature has been a game-changer for my team. It pulls the key details we need from all sorts of documents automatically, which means we’re not spending hours manually entering data. It’s made our whole accounts payable process so much smoother and faster. I also really appreciate how easy it is to set up automated approval workflows. It’s taken a lot of the back-and-forth emails out of the equation and made sure everything gets signed off on time, which is critical for our supply chain. Finally, having one place to store and secure all these files gives me real peace of mind, especially when we have to pull records for an audit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

While the core functionality is great, the user interface can feel a little clunky at times. It’s not the most intuitive system I’ve ever used, and it took some of our team members a bit longer to get fully comfortable with where everything is located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver’s AI Extraction Brings Great Visibility to Document Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

I've been using Revver for about five months now, and honestly it's been a decent addition to our stack. Coming from a data engineering background at Medflow Clinical, I'm pretty particular about logging and error handling, and I have to say Revver gives us decent visibility into what's happening with our document workflows. The AI extraction is useful for pulling info from patient forms and insurance docs, and it handles scanned documents way better than I expected which saves us a ton of manual parsing work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The integration with our existing systems was a bit bumpy though. We run legacy SQL Server alongside some cloud warehouses, and getting Revver to play nice with our data pipelines took more effort than I anticipated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revver’s Smart Extract AI Search Makes Finding Reports Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

Honestly, the biggest win for me is the search functionality. As someone who spends a huge amount of time in the data weeds, I am constantly pulling and re-pulling reports to answer one-off questions. Before Revver, my team had a chaotic system of shared drives and random folders which was a nightmare. Now, I can just dump a report into Revver, and the Smart Extract AI actually reads the content. I don’t need to remember the exact file name I used three weeks ago, I just type in a keyword like "Q3 sales" or "inventory audit" and it pulls up everything relevant. It's also been a huge help with onboarding, because new team members don't need a complex map of where to find things. They can just use the search bar and get what they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

While the AI search is great, the interface can feel a little clunky sometimes. It’s not the most intuitive tool I've ever used, and there’s a bit of a learning curve for some of the more advanced workflow features. I’ve been using it regularly for a few months now, and I still occasionally stumble around trying to find a specific setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No-Code Automations That Streamlined Maintenance Work Orders and Approvals"
5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

It’s not just about finding things, though. We’ve been using the no-code workflow automations to handle our routine but critical processes, like preventative maintenance work orders and approval sign-offs. I can set a rule that a digital form goes straight to the right technician's inbox, and a copy is automatically filed. It’s taken a lot of the manual follow-up off my plate and my team’s, allowing us to be more proactive rather than just reacting to issues. The e-signature is a nice bonus, too. It keeps us from using separate tools for signatures and internal approvals, which was a bit of a headache for compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The system is powerful, but the initial setup was a bit of a lift for a team that isn't made up of IT professionals. We had to think carefully about how we wanted to structure our document folders and tagging, so it took a few sessions to map out our specific workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart Extract AI That Nails Data Capture Across Any Document"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Revver?

What stands out to me most is how Revver handles the sheer volume and variety of documents we deal with. The Smart Extract AI is genuinely impressive. We feed it scanned receipts, handwritten notes from clients, and dense financial reports, and it accurately pulls out the key data we need for our filings. It has significantly cut down the time our junior staff spend manually entering data, allowing them to focus on more meaningful analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revver?

The only real frustration I have encountered is with the initial setup of our folder structures and workflow rules. Every client is different, and we have very specific ways we like to organize files. Getting Revver to mirror our unique internal logic required some back-and-forth with their support team. It was eventually sorted out, but I wish the customization process had been a bit more flexible from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
